Terrible service after sales

NCM show little respect for their customers. It is impossible to get parts for Tektro HD E350 like right lever and any or most parts to repair our bicycle, everything is out of stock. Even finding dealer in Canada and Quebec is near impossible. The list offer on NCM site is useless. If NCM can't look after it's customers it should stop offering theirs bicycles in Canada. I lived in Germany for many years and came to trust German people and companies. Thousands of your Canadians customers are frustrated by your poor services.
