Sent multiple emails and phone messages and never got a response…

Identical to original and shipped fully charged (would have preferred partial charge since our weather is still on the colder side with snow and it's not recommended to store batteries for linger periods at full charge). For reference customer service is pretty much zero. Emails and many phone calls went unanswered.

I bought a second for my bike to take on long rides. Because this design is compact, I can put the second battery in my rack bag and take it along for extended range. I will easily get 60+km out of it and have never actually gone far enough to deplete it.

I am happy with my new battery. I can use my bike again for hours.

I bought this 2nd battery pour long ride. Now I did not use yet, summer was too short
