Developed in Iceland for riding on snow and ice the Fat bikes large tires surface area make it great for soft terrain including sand and gravel. This E-bike is designed with a tough aluminium frame, and a strong rigid handlebar and saddle for improved ergonomics and performance. The high top tube, makes the bike sturdy and strong allowing the power you put down to be effectively transferred to the road.

J'ai reçu mon vélo scratché avec le moteur défectueux, aucun retour de NCM malgré mes nombreux courriels. Cette compagnie se fout littéralement de ses clients.// I receive my Aspenplus all scratche with a broken motor, it make more noise than a plane!!! No response from NCM from my emails for weeks, this company just don't care about his clients

Cie frauduleuse

Nous avons reçu le vélo le 18 juillet 2026, le vélo etait grafigné, le 19 juillet l’embrayage arrière a brisé dû au mauvais assemblage. Le 28 juillet le chargeur ne fonctionne plus. Nous avons aucuns retour de nos multiples courriels et le numéro de téléphone n’est pas valide.

Just received a Aspen +. Nice bike but! The look is good but that’s it. The bike arrived by delivery and it was scrath we try to phone and email the compagny and have no answer yet. The phone # is no good. Now after 1 day the back gear need to be change and the charger doesn’t work anymore. We tried to call the US service because in Canada the service # don’t work but US service# is no good . Bad compagny=bad bike . By something else

Very big bike but no complaints. Got mine for $1100 at Xmas sale. Couldn't be happier. Hydrolic brakes for $1100!!!! Swapped out the tooth floss seat, added a carrier and I'm set to go.
