I’ve had the Milano for a few weeks. it handles great. Has an incredible range of about 118KM with my weight. But I have to say I’m disappointed in the brakes. I bought this at Cit-E- Cycle and unfortunately the guy went on holiday b4I could get brakes replaced. BTW it was sold to me for 2000 even though it was built in China in 2021…so, technically it’s an OLD bike. I’ll probably buy new and better brakes on Amazon, since I think these look pretty crappy overall.

The ebike itself overall is quite great, but I would insist on new brakes if I bought NCM again!

Very comfortable saddle, good suspension. For a bike of this price, you don't expect a smooth launch, and you don't get it. No way to adjust power level without also adjusting maximum speed. Great rear cargo rack. Biggest flaw is very low quality spokes on the rear wheel. Half a dozen spokes broke within one year of purchase, necessitating a complete rebuild of the wheel. In the year since, not a single spoke has broken. I would recommend that as a required bit of preventative maintenance. For the price point, that's okay.

Peut-on trouver un manuel d'utilisation pour savoir l'entretient a y faire, batterie, freins etc.. et la programmation de l'écran en autres...

I purchased this bike for my wife who is not much of a bike rider. She has enjoyed riding this bike so far as the pedal assist reduces her back pain significantly. We can ride much further than on regular bikes and it is so great to have an activity we can do together outdoors. Very happy with the purchase and buying experience. I’m very impressed with the quality of the bike and the range is awesome. Highly recommend it.
