I have never ever once in my life had a better experience with a bike than I have with a NCM, Closing in on 10,000KM on 1 battery and I have put it through the absolute RINGER. Every season, every condition, fluctuating weights well over 200lbs (grocery runs with backpacks, and bags on handles), and I can say this wonderful machine has surpassed EVERY. SINGLE. TEST. I have put it through.

As for the components, TOP notch. I replaced my front fork suspension after 8900KM (it was seized, definitely not recommended, try maybe 5000-6000?)
And the front crank was replaced at 9500KM, Chain every 750, brakes every 1000, it is an absolutely amazing machine with the most durable parts i have ever seen on a bike.

Anyone who says this bike is a "lemon" or claims it is anything less than perfect, can shove it, in my most respectful opinion. You will absolutely NOT regret purchasing this bike. It is freedom on 2 wheels.

I have had the ncm moscow 48V 500 Watts for 3 years have 2 batteries and have put on 24000 km still going strong no issues. Quite amazed at motor performance and overall condition of bike only have done general maintenance. Good German performance.

It has been non stop problems since I purchased the bike.

Bought this bike in Feb 2000 since then I have put over 6000 km on it. Very happy with it. I live in a very hilly area so I have had to put 4 sets of brake pads on but very few problems.

I like my mountain plus bike.The only problem i have, the third speed jump when i put some pressure . Its not an adjustement, everything is fine. The problem is with
the freewheel .I did 70 kilometer with the bike and it attenuate the problem a little.
